How does an eviction cleanout work on Maui?

The price is confirmed before we load a thing. If it turns out bigger than the photo showed (it happens, garages are deep), you hear the new number first, not on the invoice.
After an eviction, a foreclosure or a messy move-out
Couches, mattresses, the dresser with one drawer left, bags of clothes, boxes nobody finished packing, and the TV they decided wasn't worth the move. Plus whatever is piled up by the carport. We load it from every room and the yard, and nothing has to be sorted or bagged first.
Some property managers call this a trash-out. Same job. Furniture, appliances, metal and green waste get split out on the way, the rest goes to the landfill in Puʻunēnē, and the scale receipt comes with your invoice.
The date between tenants
The next tenant has a move-in date, so the cleanout has one too. Tell us that date when you call and we book around it. Same day when you need it.
You tell us what goes, and we haul it. Loading usually takes three to four hours, then the landfill run, so most units are cleared in one day and big houses in two.
Property managers and owners who are not on site
We'll coordinate with you directly, and you don't have to be there. We work with whoever has the keys.

Rent a bin, or have us load it?
If you've got the time and the helpers, a roll-off bin is the cheaper way: $950, plus the landfill tonnage at cost. If the unit has to be empty by a date and nobody wants to spend a weekend lifting someone else's couch, we load it.
