Construction debrisremoval and disposal.
Job site debris, roofing tear-offs and demo waste, binned or hauled for contractors across Maui. Dropped fast, pulled when full.
How does construction debris disposal work on Maui?
Construction and demolition debris goes to the Central Maui Landfill in Puʻunēnē, weekdays only, before 1pm. We drop a roll-off bin on your site, pull it when it's full and handle the landfill run. Bins are $950 plus the landfill tonnage at cost, roofers turn one around in about two days, and the estimate is free.
Job sites across Maui: Central, South, West and Upcountry.
Plus the dump, at cost.
Tonnage billed straight off the landfill scale, with the receipt on your invoice. Usually $400 to $800 a full bin.
Built for the trade.
How we keep a job site moving, and the one landfill rule that will wreck your Friday.
The 1pm rule, and how we plan around it
The landfill takes construction debris on weekdays only, before 1pm. Not Saturdays, not holidays, not 1:15. We plan every pickup around that, so a full bin never sits on your site waiting on a closed gate, and your crew isn't stacking drywall on the ground because the bin's full and it's Thursday afternoon.
Roofing tear-offs
Roofing companies move two to three bins a week with us. A crew fills a bin in about two days, we swap it, and the next one's waiting at the next address. If you run roofs, text us the schedule for the week and we'll build the drops around it.
Demo and remodel debris
Drywall, lumber, tile, cabinets, fixtures, the kitchen that was original to the house. For renovations that fill up over a couple of weeks, a 20 or 30 yard roll-off is usually the right call. Clean concrete, broken down and rebar-free, tips at zero a ton, so keep it separate and it's cheap to dump.
No room for a bin? We'll load it
Tight lot, no driveway, a hillside job with nowhere to set a container? We load the debris ourselves and haul it off, same as our junk removal jobs, just with more lumber and fewer couches.
How the free estimate works
For contractors it's usually one text: the address, the material, roughly how much. We'll answer with a bin size and the price.
Text us a photo. Send a picture of the pile to (808) 359-8130 and we'll come back with a price, fast. Don't overthink the photo. A blurry shot of the carport tells us plenty.
Big job, or hard to photograph? We'll swing by, take a look and give you an estimate on the spot. That visit is free, and there's no pressure to book on the day.
The price is confirmed before we load a thing. If it turns out bigger than the photo showed (it happens, garages are deep), you hear the new number first, not on the invoice.
