We show up, you point at what stays, and we load everything else: old furniture, boxes, tires, appliances and yard gear. Then we haul it to the landfill, the green waste yard or the recycler. Most garages on Maui are done in a single visit.

How the free estimate works
Stand at the garage door, take one photo, send it. That's the whole estimate process for most garages.
Text us a photo. Send a picture of the pile to (808) 359-8130 and we'll come back with a price, fast. Don't overthink the photo. A blurry shot of the carport tells us plenty.
Big job, or hard to photograph? We'll swing by, take a look and give you an estimate on the spot. That visit is free, and there's no pressure to book on the day.
The price is confirmed before we load a thing. If it turns out bigger than the photo showed (it happens, garages are deep), you hear the new number first, not on the invoice.
What comes out of a garage
Old couches and chairs, boxes from the last move, the broken mini fridge, tires, lumber offcuts, three bikes with one working brake between them, yard tools, paint cans, the exercise bike. We load it all. Fridges and A/C units go to recycling rather than the landfill.
Hazardous chemicals, wet paint, propane tanks and car batteries are banned at Maui's landfills, so they can't go in the load. Fridges and A/C units are fine: we take them to the metal recycler in Puʻunēnē. Not sure about something? Call and ask. We'd rather answer a weird question than leave it in your garage.

Doing it yourself instead
If you'd rather sort it over a weekend, a 15 yard roll-off bin usually handles a garage: $950 plus the landfill tonnage. We drop it in the driveway and pick it up when it's full. If the weekend comes and goes and the bin's still empty, that's fine, we've all been there. Call us and we'll load it.

Landen McLaughlin, Lahaina born and raised, plus a small local crew. We started Hawaii Hauling in 2024 with a truck, a trailer and our own roll-off bins, and that's still what we run. When you call, you get one of us, not a call center, and the person you talk to is the person who shows up.
