What comes out of a business
Desks, office chairs, filing cabinets, shelving, break-room appliances, old computers and TVs. Also the storeroom nobody has opened since the last manager. We load it from wherever it sits, upstairs included.
Metal and appliances get split out for the recycler, and the rest goes to the landfill in Puʻunēnē. The scale receipt comes with your invoice, which your bookkeeper will like.

How a business load is billed at the landfill
The landfill treats a business differently from a resident. A business hauling its own rubbish needs a commercial account and gets billed by the ton, per Maui County's landfill page. Our Maui landfill guide walks through it.
When we haul it, it goes over the scale on our account, and you get the receipt. That's one less account for you to open.
