For a whole property we'd rather see it. We walk through with you, or with whoever has the keys, you tell us what stays, and we give you a number on the spot. If you're off-island, photos and a video walkthrough work too.

Big job, or hard to photograph? We'll swing by, take a look and give you an estimate on the spot. That visit is free, and there's no pressure to book on the day.

The price is confirmed before we load a thing. If it turns out bigger than the photo showed (it happens, garages are deep), you hear the new number first, not on the invoice.

You tell us what stays. We take everything else, from the back bedroom to the carport, and we don't need it sorted, boxed or dragged anywhere first. A full load is usually three to four hours of loading plus the landfill run, so most houses are done in one day, big ones in two.

Furniture, appliances and metal get split out for recycling. Green waste goes to the green waste yard. The rest goes to the landfill in Puʻunēnē, and the scale receipt comes with your invoice.

When a place has to be empty before the listing photos or the closing, the date is the whole job. Tell us the deadline when you call and we plan around it. Realtors and property managers: yes, we'll coordinate with you directly and you don't have to be there.

A six-hour cleanout, about $2,800. We cleared the place in a day, and a few months later the customer's cousin called us for a move-out cleanout of their own. Most of our jobs come from a job.
