These terms cover this website and the services of Hawaiʻi Hauling LLC ("Hawaii Hauling", "we") on Maui, Hawaii.
Quotes.
A quote from a photo or a phone call is an estimate. We confirm the final price on site before we load anything. If the job turns out bigger than described, we tell you the new price first, and you decide whether we go ahead.
Roll-off bin rentals.
- The bin price covers delivery, pickup and the rental period agreed when you book.
- Landfill tonnage is billed at cost, from the landfill's own scale ticket.
- Keep the bin clear of prohibited items: liquids, wet paint, hazardous chemicals, propane tanks, car batteries, whole tires and anything with refrigerant. Anything the landfill rejects comes back out at your cost.
- Do not fill a bin above its top edge. We can't legally haul an overloaded bin.
- You're responsible for a clear, safe spot for delivery. A bin on a county road or sidewalk may need county approval.
